Yes, we currently ship to most of the countries.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online store only. We are based in Sydney, Australia and all orders are shipped from here.

How do you send orders?

We dispatch all our orders via the Australia Post trackable services. We have two options for delivery: standard and express post. 

How much will I pay for delivery?

You can choose between standard parcel post and express post delivery at the checkout.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We dispatch most of our orders within 1 business day. The amount of time it then takes to get to you depends on what sort of postage you choose at the checkout and your destination.

Standard domestic deliveries can take between 3-10 days to arrive. Express domestic post is guaranteed next day delivery for a majority of Australians (except for NT and WA).

Please keep in mind that our processing times and Australia Post delivery times might be longer during special occasions like holidays.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order. We will send you a tracking number once your order is paid and dispatched.

What is a PRE-ORDER?

Due to popular demand, some products may be released early for sale, and these will be listed online under pre-order tab. A Pre-Order is the term used when an item is currently out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain time frame.

What if I order other items as well as PRE-ORDER?

If you have multiple pieces on your order, any pieces currently in stock will be dispatched to you together with the Pre-Ordered item, when it becomes available.

What if my order war returned due to incorrect address or not being collected?

Orders that have been returned to us due to the parcel not being collected from the post office within 10 business days or due to the incorrect address has been provided to us, will be automatically refunded and the shipping fee for shipping both ways will be deducted.

Example:

The order was made for one $30 item. The shipping cost for the express post to Victoria was $10. Total Order value: $40.

The order was shipped to the customer but no one was at home and no one collected the parcel from the post office so it was automatically returned to us.

We received the parcel and made a refund of $23 ($40 order value minus $10 express shipping to the customer and minus $7 standard return shipping).
